In my opinion: 
It wasn't hard to convince my three year old to drink the samples we received. They were easy to open and the perfect size. The best part was being able to save the tops to use in the future. I also liked how they were recyclable. I wasn't able to try any of them but I could tell my three year old loved them because he kept drinking. I had to tell him to pace himself so they would last longer. I guess we will need to get more. Good2grow juice blends have full servings of wholesome veggie goodness. They were perfect for my picky eater and it was a great idea for kids to ask for their veggies every day.
