Try it Tuesday & Review {Giveaway: 3 month subscription to MOMables}

Are you anxious to know what I have in store for you today?

Well, this week on
"Try it Tuesday & Review,"
I wanted to introduce a company called,
MOMables.

Don't you just love the name? I sure do.

About:

"MOMables shows busy parents that they can make fresh school lunches in 10minutes or less.  MOMables are mom-made (or dad), simple and nutritious lunches. I've worked with dozens of moms, a chef and a nutritionist to create healthy lunches kids will actually eat.
Every parent I know wants to pack a nutritious lunch for their kids; but packing them daily can be time consuming and frustrating.  By using our MOMables menus and making lunches at home, we found that parents can save between $1-2 per day per lunch –vs pre-packaged lunches- and parents began to feel good about their child's nutrition.
You might be wondering, can anyone make these lunches?  The truth is that you don't need special skills or gadgets.  You download your menus weekly, shop and follow our simple recipes with pictures!
Next time you stare at the refrigerator and wonder what to feed your child for lunch, remember that MOMables can help you feed your kids nutritious food while saving you time and money."

In my opinion:

MOMables was the perfect solution to my problems. I have a two year old so I don't have to worry about school lunches but I still have to worry about feeding him nutritious food. I also have to worry that he will actually eat it so I was thrilled with the opportunity to review MOMables. I started the 3-month subscription and it was quite easy. All I had to do was go {HERE}, enter my log in information and look for my current menu plan and the one for the previous week. Then I downloaded and printed the menus. The menus included 3 dinners and 3 lunches. I love that the recipes can be made quickly in ten minutes or less. The menu has simple and fresh ingredients which makes me happy. I'll know that I'm feeding Eli nutritious food. The weekly menu not only comes with recipes but it includes a shopping list and the list is divided by Deli/Meats, Bakery, Fresh Produce, Dairy & Refrigerated, Frozen, Canned/Bottled/Packaged and Staples. Wow! Oh, and there are pictures so you will know exactly what it looks like in their lunch box.
I was super impressed!

They also sell lunch box essentials {HERE}. They think of everything!

I decided to choose three lunches to make during the next week.

First, I chose the Ham & Cheese Sandwich. I know it is a basic recipe but I never made it for Eli so it gave me a variety to lunch time. I added some carrots, ranch and cherries. I thought it looked quite nice on his plate. It was all divided up perfectly. And, I actually enjoyed the ham & cheese sandwich too.

Eli was even excited too. He loved the cherries!

Next, I'll make the Penne Pasta & Marinara Sauce recipe and the PB&J Bagelwich.

I love MOMables! It has given me a chance to add a variety to Eli's lunch. And it helped me think outside the box to my dinner menu. I'm trying to add more fruit/vegetables to our diet so we are a nutritious family. MOMables has helped me achieve my goal. I definitely recommend it to anyone.
