Wednesday's Wonderful Reviews {Giveaway}

It is another fabulous week of
"Wednesday's Wonderful Reviews."

Today, I wanted to share with you a company called
Super Healthy Kids
found {HERE}.

I was given a
Healthy Habits Plate

and a Healthy Habits Dinner Set to review.

Both are fabulous!

In my opinion, the healthy habits plate is perfect for my 17 month old. It will help me teach him how to eat a balanced meal. I love the idea! My son already loves seeing the car at the bottom of his bowl. But now he has new "surprises" after he finishes his meal. I was excited to show him his new plate and he was excited to see it. I love the idea of helping our children eat more fruits and vegetables.

The Healthy Habits dinner set is a complete mealtime tool. I think it is a wonderful set and I absolutely love the pictures of the fruits, vegetables, grains and meat. I also love the cup because it reminds us to "drink water." What a great gift to give to our children!

What is Super Healthy Kids and who developed it?

Amy is the president and developer of Super Healthy Kids and lives right here in Utah. She has developed a wonderful food philosophy which is:

"Fruits and vegetables are half of a balanced meal! If at each meal my kids know they are consuming adequate fruits and vegetables, we are pretty easy going on the occasional treat. We keep processed food to a minimum and where we do eat processed, try to keep it to the 5 ingredient rule. If a package has more than 5 ingredients (or ingredients that don’t sound like food), we leave it on the store shelf."

Here is what Super Healthy Kids is all about...

Simplify Mealtime with healthy meal plans, healthy recipes, and more!
You care about your children and want them to get the healthiest food possible! You know they should be eating more fruits and vegetables. You know if they eat better, they’ll be happier, less sick, more agreeable, and have more opportunities in life. Despite your intentions:

■You are busy!

■It seems complicated.

■The kids won’t eat what you provide.

■It’s expensive to eat healthy food.

■You don’t know where to start.

Well, start here! Learn from me, I’ve been there. I’ve had the picky eater. I’ve had to live on a budget. I’ve had to get a quick meal on the table because my kids won’t let me spend any time in the kitchen! With a degree in health education, 10 years of counseling working parents at the state health department, 4 years working with local families to get a healthy meal on the table, I’ve had great results. Parents once overwhelmed, find healthy eating and food prep simple and rewarding.
