Try it Tuesday & Review {Giveaway}

Hey bloggers...how is your Christmas season treating you?
Well, for
"Try it Tuesday & Review,"
I wanted to tell you about some fabulous books you can win from
Scholastic.
 {Check out their Fall 2011 catalog}

Have you heard of Scholastic? Well, if you have children in school or have been in school, then I bet you have. I remember bringing the Scholastic catalog home. I loved ordering books and receiving my order in my classroom. It was the hightlight of my day and I wanted to rush home to start reading. Scholastic offers a varitey of books for your children to read.

I received these awesome books to review and let me tell you that I am pretty impressed with Scholastic. I feel so lucky to have read these books to my son Elijah. He highly enjoyed them as well.

Oh, What a Christmas

"When the harness to Santa's sleigh breaks mid-flight, Dasher, Dancer, and the rest of the reindeer gang fly off into the night...leaving Santa and all of his presents stranded!

Who will guide Santa's sleigh and save Christmas now?

Luckily, Santa lands by a tiny barn filled with sleepy animals. With a twinkle in his eye, Santa sees a solution and wonders how well can cows, sheep, goats, pigs, and an old hound dog fly?

OH, WHAT A CHRISTMAS! is an upbeat and humorously sweet holiday story about Santa's soon-to-be-classic wild and crazy sleigh ride one special Christmas Eve."

In my opinion, I enjoyed reading this book to Eli because it had a special message about service. Santa received help from animals he met along the way. And, Christmas was saved once again.

I Spy Little Toys

With photos from the original I Spy series, this new I Spy Little board book features raised images so children can find each I Spy object with their eyes and hands. A brand-new way to play I Spy!

Babies, toddlers, and preschoolers can search for all kinds of toys, from a little toy train and a little blue mouse to a big blue rake and a big toy house! Simple picture clues and rhyming riddles guide the youngest readers through twelve interactive, fun-filled spreads.

In my opinion, this book will be fabulous when Eli is a little older. But, I sure had fun looking for the hidden objects.

Chuggington: Snowstruck Wilson

"It's snowing in Chuggington!

When Wilson and Harrison go out to clear the tracks, Wilson gets lost. Can Action Chugger save Wilson before he shivers his wheels off?"

In my opinion, I loved this book about a train who got lost and needed help. Luckily, he received help from Action Chugger. I loved the message this book portrayed. We sometimes need help from others. Thank goodness we all have family/friends to help us in times of need.

In addition to this review...
Sholastic has offered to give one of my readers the chance to win all three of these wonderful books

Thank you Scholastsic!
